Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Accounts Contact Center Agent
I.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming communications from students and parents, providing
information and resolving issues related to student accounts
Process payments and assist with financial inquiries, ensuring
compliance with policies and procedures
Participate in training and team meetings to enhance job knowledge
and service quality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred
Knowledge of debt collection methodology and contact center
experience preferred
Familiarity with Banner software and fluency in Spanish or ASL is a
plus
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite and other
relevant software
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and not be in default on
any federal loans
