Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join
their post-sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers post-sale, managing
onboarding and implementation
Oversee a pipeline of revenue expansion opportunities, including
upsells and renewals
Engage with customers daily to ensure successful adoption of
technical products and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, sales
engineering, or customer success
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with software
for payers and providers
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain
organization
Track record of becoming a trusted advisor to customers
Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work independently and
efficiently
