Job Description:

A company is looking for a Regional Operations and Planning Manager who will oversee strategic planning and execution within partnerships with primary care physicians.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee strategic planning and execution of key activities within partnerships
Develop processes and lead initiatives to improve quality of care and operational efficiency
Support the prioritization and tracking of metrics associated with projects

Required Qualifications

4+ years' experience in leading projects or driving initiatives
Demonstrated track record of innovative thinking in patient care
Proven skills in project plan development and execution
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
