Talent Acquisition (HR) Generalist

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition (HR) Generalist supports employee preboarding, onboarding, and recruitment functions, ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and policies. This role facilitates post-offer activities, maintains documentation, and assists with staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate preboarding and onboarding processes.
Facilitate post-offer screenings, including physicals, drug tests, and background checks.
Communicate hiring steps to managers and draft new hire announcements.
Ensure compliance with employment documentation requirements.
Manage internal and external job postings and candidate outreach.
Prepare offer letters and process temporary staffing orders.
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR files.
Support management-level recruitment and sourcing efforts.
Schedule interviews and provide status reports.

Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of HR experience OR a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or collaboratively.


Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
Two (2) years of HR experience, including one (1) year in recruitment.
Experience with HRIS (PeopleSoft) and ATS.
Healthcare industry experience.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification.


Location: Aiea, HI 96701
Status: Temporary Full-Time, On-Site (ASAP Start, Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Assignment Length: 6 Months
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.35 - $25.86 per hour (DOE)
Parking: Street Parking Available
