Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the Renewals team to achieve business targets and
enhance customer experience
Drive retention and identify upsell opportunities while fostering
relationships with customers and partners
Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and continuously improve
renewals processes for efficiency
Required Qualifications
Degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field; or relevant
work experience
Proven track record in leading sales or renewals organizations with
a focus on recurring revenue
Strong understanding of subscription-based business models
Previous leadership experience, including second line
management
Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for
decision-making
