Bishop & Company is seeking a Part-TimeLearning Development Assistant for a financial institution in Honolulu. Ideal candidate will be available to start immediately!

Job Description:
Coordinates and provides administrative, logistical, and technical support for virtual, in-person and off-site training sessions to include, but not limited to course registration, composing of communications, preparation of materials, participant tracking, room and training equipment reservations, and vendor contact. Assists in problem solving for internal/external customers/operations. Prepares room arrangements to include moving tables and chairs, setting-up training materials and AV equipment. Provides administrative support for managers, specialists, and overall departmental operations. Provides input into decision-making process. Handles telephone calls, correspondence, and/or mail outs on all training activities. Maintains all inventories to include in-house course training materials. Maintains and/or monitors supply levels, equipment, inventory maintenance agreements and training rooms.

Duties: Respond to group email
Ret up courses
Run reports as needed
Assist with room set up and participant communication
Validate and update SOPs/SPMs

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred for education.
Excellent time-keeping skills
Problem-solving
Critical thinking skills.
Able to Coordinate and work collectively with other team members.


Additional Information: Job Type: Temporary, approximately one month with possible extension
Pay: $24/hr
Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
Parking: Not provided
Schedule: Part- time, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
