Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Success Director, Key
Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and healthcare
professionals to enhance productivity and patient outcomes
Collaborate with sales to identify expansion opportunities and
conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
Serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback
to improve products and services
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Customer/Partner Success Director or similar
role
5+ years of experience working in or with enterprise health
systems
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and its
challenges
Technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex software
solutions
Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools is a
plus
