Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a digital-first engagement strategy to enhance
customer adoption and retention
Lead the scaling of digital onboarding and customer engagement
across various segments
Foster collaboration between digital and frontline teams to improve
customer experience and leverage resources
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SaaS, strategy, consulting, operations,
product management, or a related field
Experience in Digital/Adoption Marketing and/or Digital Customer
Success
Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional
teams
Ability to utilize data and metrics to communicate strategy
effectively
Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity and
complexity
