  • Job Details
  • Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
  • Two (2) or more years full-time staff experience in Cardiac Telemetry, Progressive Cardiac Care, or Cardiac Stepdown unit(s) prior to any travel assignments
  • Previous Float Pool experience HIGHLY desired
  • Previous experience in large, academic, level 1 trauma center HIGHLY preferred
  • EPIC (EMR) experience required
    • Job Requirements
    • Current Hawaii RN license REQUIRED to apply (do not submit license pending candidates)
    • ACLS, BLS/HCP and NIHSS required to apply
    • CPI and specialty certification HIGHLY preferred
    • Certifications must remain valid for duration of contract
    • Must pass Telemetry exam with score of 80% or better during orientation (first week of assignment)
      • Schedule Information
      • 48 hour contract (four 12 hour shifts per week)
      • RTO not permitted during initial assignment
      • All travelers required to float as needed to areas of similar or lesser acuity (Tele, Med/Surg, ED or PACU holds, etc.)

        • Queen's is open to Hawaii residents, but they will not be offered traveler rates. Please submit rate bid with submission.
        • ALL COMPLIANCE WILL BE DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE START! IF IT IS NOT ALL SUBMITTED 10 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE START YOUR TRAVELER WILL BE PUSHED 2 WEEKS OR CANCELED! PLEASE INCLUDE A CURRENT NURSYS REPORT FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS.
