• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Provide personalized fashion advice and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and store merchandise. Be knowledgeable about product details, pricing, and promotions.
• Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Merchandising: Maintain the store's visual appeal by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring a tidy and organized environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including stock checks, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Ensure all sales are properly recorded and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
• Customer Feedback: Actively seek and listen to customer feedback to improve services and meet their needs.Requirements
• Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of apparel sales experience required.
• Language Skills: Business-level Fluency in Japanese (N1 level) is essential. Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Able to commute to the store location.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for fashion and trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.Preferred Skills
