As an Electronics Intelligence (ELINT) analyst, you will use your specialized technical, regional, and functional experience and your attention to detail to develop intelligence products and analytical assessments. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and protect our national security.As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand the operational landscape and mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including SIGINT, Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for targeters, warfighters, and policymakers. As the authority on your mission, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in intelligence collection. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. • 5+ years of experience with ELINT analysis or signals collection
• 5+ years of experience supporting a government agency, such as the DoD
• Knowledge of signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content
• Ability to analyze signals in the RF and digital domains to determine structure, parameters, content, and purpose
• Ability to report technical characteristics of signals and maintain knowledge bases
• Ability to provide shift work support
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in a professional work environment, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• Completed SIGE2810 and SIGE3810 coursesNice If You Have:
  • Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets
  • Experience in Cyber, Air, Naval, or Space domains
  • Experience with multiple intelligence disciplines
  • Knowledge of the data and tools utilized by multiple intelligence disciplines
  • Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods
  • Ability to collaborate and innovate to solve problems
  • Completion of a credentialing Service School including Navy 9141, Air Force 1N2A or an Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized ELINT analyst certification course
  • Completion of Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP) or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP)Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.Compensation: At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
