OverviewThe Work:The SIGINT--ELINT Analyst is a specialized role
focused on the analysis of Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) and
signals collection. The analyst's primary responsibility is to
provide accurate and timely ELINT analysis to support the USARPAC
G37 Theater Exercises mission. The role requires a detail-oriented
individual with a strong technical background in ELINT and a
commitment to maintaining the highest standards of intelligence
analysis in support of national security and operational
readiness.This position performs all duties and responsibilities in
accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of
Cayuse.Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth ELINT analysis and signals collection
activities.
- Analyze technical characteristics of electronic signals in the
RF and digital domains.
- Accurately determine the structure, parameters, content, and
purpose of electronic signals.
- Produce detailed reports and briefings based on ELINT analysis
findings.
- Provide shift work support as required to ensure continuous
intelligence coverage.
- Support the planning and execution of exercises to enhance
Joint Forces readiness and capability.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in ELINT analysis through
continuous learning and application of best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.QualificationsQualifications - Here's
What You Need:
- At least 5 years of experience in ELINT analysis or signals
collection.
- Strong knowledge of electronic signal characteristics,
structure, parameters, and content.
- Proven ability to analyze and report on the technical aspects
of electronic signals.
- Willingness to perform shift work to support operational
requirements.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
- Completion of SIGE2810 and SIGE3810 courses or equivalent
training.
- High school diploma or GED with 9+ years of professional
experience, an Associate's degree with 7+ years of professional
experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional
experience in a related field.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional
background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any
time during employment.
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- High Level of mental focus and precision required.
- Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of
urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel,
Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple
tasks at any one time.
- Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in
nature.
- Must be a self-starter, that can work independently and as part
of a team.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets, providing
a contextual understanding of regional threats and operational
environments.
- Completion of credentialing Service School (e.g., Navy 9141,
Air Force 1N2A) or an IC tradecraft-recognized ELINT analyst
certification course.
- Completion of advanced ELINT training such as the Military
ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP) and/or Military OpELINT
