A company is looking for a Business Value Consultant who advises organizations on achieving Positive Business Outcomes through a data-driven approach.



Key Responsibilities

Provide best practice guidance and support to customers throughout their journey, ensuring effective content strategy execution
Assist in developing a robust data strategy to track KPIs and optimize communication effectiveness
Collaborate with customers to create and execute a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and maximizes platform impact



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Five or more years of experience in professional services, SaaS customer success, or equivalent communications experience
Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies for business growth and customer success
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline
Operational knowledge of internal communication or HR platforms preferred
