Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Tech V to drive product
supportability for the Customer Service organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management and Product Supportability to
represent Customer Service in product planning
Assist with escalations and oversee department readiness for
product releases
Create training content and participate in special projects as
needed
Required Qualifications and Education
Typically 6 or more years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
Advanced knowledge of HSPS Dental Software(s) or equivalent
Basic understanding of industry practices
Experience with Microsoft Office programs related to supported
software
