Bishop & Company is seeking candidates with strong UI, UX, data visualization, and web-based technology experience for an opportunity in Honolulu, HI.

This is an 100% on-site position. Candidates must reside on Oahu by time of Start. No 1099 or C2C available.

UX/UI Specialist

Job Summary:

The UX/UI Specialist will focus on User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) while having in-depth knowledge of web technologies and database visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI. This role involves coordinating application development across various teams, suggesting changes to processes and procedures, and gathering user requirements for project and system implementation.



Responsibilities:

- Design and improve user interfaces for client systems.

- Perform user research, collect feedback, and analyze user behavior to enhance UI and UX design.

- Seek opportunities to refine processes and procedures related to user systems and UI/UX development.

- Coordinate the development of collaboration applications among multiple teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to collect requirements for collaboration initiatives and system implementations.

- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to better understand user needs, preferences, and challenges.

- Leverage expertise in SharePoint Technologies to design, configure, and customize collaboration systems.

- Ensure that SharePoint solutions fulfill business requirements and comply with best practices.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues and integrations.

- Use Microsoft Power BI to create interactive data visualizations and reports for collaboration systems.

- Develop Power Apps solutions to improve the functionality and user experience of collaboration systems.

- Work with stakeholders to identify data needs and design effective data models and workflows.

- Offer training and support to end-users on utilizing the features of Power BI and Power Apps.

Requirements:
Proven experience in UX/UI design
Working knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI and Power Apps
Secret Clearance eligible

Salary: $90,000-115,000 annually
