Operations Coordinator
Bishop & Company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented
Operations Coordinator to support a well-established educational
facility's summer school program.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations
Coordinator to provide general office support and ensure smooth
day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle
administrative tasks, database management, customer service, and
correspondence while maintaining efficiency and
professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: General Office Support: Manage mail, answer
phones, file documents, and communicate messages to staff.
Database Management: Utilize Microsoft Access for data entry,
updates, and record-keeping.
Appointment Setting & Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings,
appointments and maintaining calendars.
Correspondence & Communication: Handle email and general
correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Customer Service: Provide basic customer support, answer inquiries,
and assist with administrative requests.
Data Entry & Document Management: Accurately input and organize
data, file documents, and maintain records.
Mailroom & Faxing: Process incoming/outgoing mail and handle faxing
tasks as needed.
Technology & Software Use: Work with Microsoft Excel, email
platforms, and multi-line phone systems.
Printing, Copying, & Typing: Prepare documents, reports, and
presentations using office equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience Level: 1-3 years in a
similar administrative or operations role.
Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel,
and general internet usage.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks
efficiently.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written
communication.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and document
preparation.
Additional Information:
Job Type: Temporary, one year with possible extension
Pay: $25.26/hr
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii 96817
Parking: Not Provided
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:15pm
