Lead Generation Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Generation Representative to identify sales opportunities through cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve lead generation goals by identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities through outbound calls
Develop and execute action plans to improve results using data analysis and sales process expertise
Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce CRM for seamless data management and reporting

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience in high-volume outbound calling; prior experience in lead generation teams is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
