Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensing Representative to provide
excellent customer service and support to policyholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process Producer appointments, commission payments, and agent
maintenance tasks accurately and in compliance with guidelines
Stay updated on product offerings and operational procedures to
ensure compliance with regulations
Document all interactions and follow up on inquiries while striving
to meet department response standards
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic office and computer skills
1+ years of previous customer service experience
Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
