Job Description:
- Certification Details
- BLS
- Job Details
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Master's degree required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred
- Two (2) or more years of professional Physical Therapy
experience in acute care setting with both inpatients and
outpatients prior to any travel assignments
- Job Requirements
- Current Hawaii State license as a Physical Therapist
- Current certification in CPR at BLS/HCP level
- No RTO during initial assignment
- Compliance must be completed and uploaded to Medefis portal 10
or more days in advance of starting contract
- Schedule Information
- Compliance will be due 10 days before start
- If compliance is not submitted 10 days or more before start,
the traveler will be pushed 2 weeks or canceled
- Additional Details
- Queen's is open to Hawaii residents, but they will not be
offered traveler rates
- Please submit rate bid with submission
- Please include a current NURSYS report for all submissions
