Commercial Loan Support Specialist #21790

Overview:
Bishop & Company is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Commercial Loan Support Specialist to provide essential post-closing and administrative support for commercial lending operations. This role involves managing loan documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in the processing of commercial letters of credit.
Key Responsibilities: Manage loan documentation, issue loan numbers, and track pending items with lending units.
Review final loan documents for accuracy and ensure proper filing.
Prepare and process commercial and standby letters of credit, including amendments and renewals.
Perform compliance checks and maintain reporting for Treasury and Controllers.
Process settlement packages and monitor document conditions per international regulations.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience in commercial real estate documentation or legal document review.
Strong organizational and compliance management skills.

Additional Information: Job Type: Temporary, through 6/27/25
Pay: $25.81/hr
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii 96817
Parking: Not Provided
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 7am to 4pm, in-office.
