Position: Therapy Scheduler - -Location: -Honolulu, HI -Pay: $19/hour -+ a $1,000 sign-on bonus! -Experience: - -

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• 2 or more years of work experience in a medical/hospital setting
• Experience in scheduling, receptionist's functions and trained in customer serviceEducation: -
  • High school diploma or -GED
  • Business school graduate or higher in the field of healthcareType: Full-time; Contract -Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Therapy Scheduler to join a growing and dynamic team! - -
    Job Description: -
    
    • Schedule patients identified for inpatient therapy services to ensure required patient therapy hours are provided
    • Coordinate inpatient resources for a timely continuum of care and reduce patients' scheduling conflicts, changes and cancellations
    • Integrate with inpatient therapists, physicians, Clinical Care Coordinators (CCC's), nurses, nursing unit secretaries and dietary staff in order to provide timely services for patients
    • Complete required documentation

      • Basic computer knowledge
