We are looking for someone with some or all of the following:3+ years of experience with fluid power, hydraulics, or industrial supplies2+ years of experience in industrial salesProven ability with a documented personal sales processEffective written and verbal communicationStrong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointMechanical, electrical, and programmable controllers experience is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressureConsultative Sales Skills TrainingPositive and collaborative attitude with a professional work ethicDesire to help teammates succeed and willingness to assist where neededResponsibilities for the Outside Sales Representative:Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with decision makers and necessary influencersInteract daily with customer prospects through various communication channels (i.e., email, phone, and in person)Grow sales while simultaneously enhancing margin by increasing market diversity.
