Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving
organizational success? Our client is looking for a proactive HR
Business Partner to work alongside their leadership team, helping
to shape their workforce and ensure a healthy, compliant work
environment. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of guiding
employee experiences and fostering a culture of growth, all while
supporting business operations and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with Human Resources leadership to
enhance employee engagement, workforce planning, and execute key HR
strategies.
Provide expert guidance to both management and employees on
HR-related topics, such as onboarding, retention, and conflict
resolution.
Oversee the implementation of HR programs that address compliance,
performance reviews, training initiatives, compensation, and
benefits.
Lead recruitment efforts by collaborating with team leaders to
identify and recruit top talent for the organization.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and handle complex
employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
Support HR processes like contract renewals, benefits enrollment,
and new hire documentation.
Assist senior HR staff in managing daily operations to improve
efficiency and smooth workflow.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,
or a related field (an associate's degree with equivalent
experience will also be considered).
5-7 years of hands-on HR experience, including expertise in
compliance, recruitment, employee development, and benefits
administration and related HR functions.
Deep understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and
investigative processes; labor relations experience is a plus but
not required.
Tech-savvy with the ability to manage HRIS systems, digital
document processing, and workflows.
HR Generalist experience, especially with benefits administration,
employee service, and engagement.
Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building
skills.
Ability to design training programs and presentations.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
A self-starter who can handle responsibilities and take initiative
in a dynamic role.
Salary: Competitive salary up to $80K annually, based on experience
and budget.
Location: Position based in Honolulu, Hawaii (in-office role).
