Culinary Excellence and Leadership
The Culinary Operations Leader role is responsible for driving
culinary excellence and hospitality experience on the Retail Floor
at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of the Prepared Foods team,
this leader will oversee the execution of operational SOPs,
merchandising standards, and sales driving initiatives to ensure a
high-level of customer satisfaction.
Food Production and Quality
This leader will manage and expedite production within Prepared
Foods to ensure quality, presentation, and food safety are
maintained daily at the highest levels. They will communicate and
execute operational and store process SOPs and regional
merchandising standards for all culinary programs. Additionally,
they will ensure the integrity of all menu implementations and
planograms, monitor and maintain in-stock levels, and execute all
Prime deals, promotions, and sales driving initiatives.
Hospitality and Service
This leader will lead by example in promoting hospitality to all
Whole Foods Market guests, serving as a culinary ambassador and
elevating guests' in-store experience. They will maintain awareness
of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary to
satisfy and delight customers.
