We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our team in Hawaii. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes that showcase distinct menu items and Nordstrom's signature style. • Prepare food items consistently and adhere to all recipe standards
• Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines
• Complete kitchen tasks such as line setup, food preparation, cleanup and breakdown
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs You own this if you have

  • A food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
