Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case
Management for a travel nursing job in Mililani, Hawaii. Job
Description & Requirements
Position: Case Manager
Location: Mililani & Kapolei Primary Care Clinics (travels between
both locations)
Start Date: 05/05
Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: AM/Days (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Hours: 40 hours guaranteed, 5 8-hour shifts per week
Work Schedule:
4 days per week at Mililani
1 day per week at Kapolei
Occasional home visits (1-3 per week), personal transportation
recommended
Required Qualifications:
Active Hawaii RN License
Minimum 1 year of Primary Case/Care Management experience
AHA BLS Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinic Care Management experience preferred, but hospital case
management is acceptable
Hawaii Care/Case Management experience
Care/Case Management Certification
