We are seeking a skilled Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and oversee all nursing operations of the nursing home and adult residential care home. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, developing nursing policies and procedures, and managing the nursing staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare administration preferred
Valid Hawaii nursing license
CPR and First Aid certification
Must have a valid driver's license
At least three years of proven experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
Manage and supervise nursing staff, including recruiting, training, and performance management
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a positive work environment and deliver exceptional patient care
Evaluate the quality of patient care and implement improvements as needed
Oversee nursing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and best practices

Salary Range:
110,000 To 145,000 Per Year
