That's why we need you, a financial program analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure our Army resources can make the most impact.As a financial program analyst on our team, you'll create a financial management strategy to help our client's exercise portfolios succeed. You'll work with planners across all levels to develop actionable plans for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you'll help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you'll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with leaders and stakeholders. The world can't wait.You Have:5+ years of experience in DoD or government budget roles, including tracking and reporting execution in a readable and easy to understand format5+ years of experience performing detailed budget analysis, providing solid data informed options to senior leadersExperience with Army or Joint budgets in a Resource Manager role with large complex budgets such as $50M+Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power BI and Power AppsExperience creating Program Objective Memorandums (POMs)Experience creating organizational spend plansSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:5+ years of experience with budget reporting through the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)Experience managing Army and Joint funds, and analyzing exercise budgetsExperience with Army or Joint exercisesCertified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) CertificationDepartment of Defense Financial Management Certification Program (DoDFMCP) Level II or III CertificationCompletion of the Joint Professional Military Education Phase I or IIClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
