• Build & manage a nationwide sales team to get into 200+ new retail accounts across the U.S.
• Motivate & lead a commission-based team to maximize performance.
• Grow our partnership with Nordstrom-run successful trunk shows, analyze sales data, drive reorders, onboard/train account specialists, and expand into new markets.Events & Trade Shows
• Oversee the Events Manager to ensure events are well-executed and hitting sales targets.
• Research, plan, and run trade shows-from setup to follow-ups that land new accounts.Sales Hunting & Business Development
• Seek out, pitch, and close new opportunities with relentless drive.
• Turn relationships into revenue, leveraging a sharp eye for high-potential partnerships.
