Bishop & Company is recruiting for a Service Request Management
Support opportunity with our government contracting client at Camp
Smith. This is a 100% on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform highly complex deskside services, including IMAC, build,
configuration, and software support.
Provide customer assistance with problem source identification and
resolution at the customer's desktop or laptop.
Serve as the technical focal point for the site or shift,
consulting with support groups such as LAN, Admin, Networking,
etc.
Collaborate with various support groups to ensure seamless service
delivery.
Requirements:
CompTIA Security+
Strong technical skills and experience in deskside services.
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of military/DoD and/or IT
experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Security Clearance
This position is subject to a national security background
investigation.
Pay: $35-$38/hr
