Job Description:
A company is looking for an Affordable Housing CRE Portfolio
Manager to assist in commercial real estate loan activities and
manage a portfolio of borrowing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze credit and financial information for prospective and
existing customers
Prepare credit requests and monitor loan terms for covenant
compliance
Manage financial information files and provide technical assistance
to CRE Relationship Managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer
Science, or related field
4 or more years of banking credit analysis experience required
Preferred experience in Affordable Housing/LIHTC credit
analysis
Advanced analytical skills and knowledge of financial
accounting
Familiarity with federal and state laws and regulations related to
Commercial Real Estate Lending
