Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Engagement Manager II,
responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring
operational performance according to contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned
clients
Oversees development and implementation of project approaches and
implementation plans
Manages client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identifies
new revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years of relevant work experience without a bachelor's degree,
or 3+ years with a bachelor's degree
Experience in health insurance, client service, healthcare policy,
or large client management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint;
knowledge of SQL or Tableau preferred
Experience in industries with high compliance levels, such as
finance
Ability to analyze information and address work-related issues
effectively
