Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead monetization capabilities for their North American Sportsbook Product.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the merchandising and promotions product strategy aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to design and deliver innovative merchandising features
Lead and mentor a team of product managers focused on monetization capabilities and performance improvement

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in dynamic product management teams
5+ years of experience leading and developing product management teams
Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes in engagement, conversion, and retention
Experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics tools
Passion for sports and understanding of the sports betting landscape
