Bishop & Company is seeking a Processing Specialist for a Wealth Management Servicedepartment for a financial organization in Honolulu.
Summary:
This is a clerical role that would be responsible for filing, mail sorting, check processing, etc.

Duties: Support team and perform QA on new accounts.
Ensure that the required documents are complete and accurate.
Audit SWP data fields and address issues with the middle office.
Finalize account closures and monitor Pre-Close accounts.
Process residual income, ensure accounts have zero market value, and generate final statements.
Handle account maintenance requests and ensure compliance with requirements.
Assist with audits and resolve documentation issues.
Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Apply accounting knowledge and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.


Minimum Qualifications: 2-year associate's degree in business or liberal arts, or equivalent work experience required.
4-year bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred.
1 year of work experience in an office environment.
Trust account processing or banking experience ideal but not required.
