Job Description:
- Position:Full-time, Assistant Store Manager
(Permanent)
- Location:Pearl City

- Schedule: Full-time,Must have full-time availability, including
weekends
- Pay:$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
- Parking:On site, free parking

Job Duties:
- Assign and manage employee schedules, including breaks and work
hours, ensuring proper sales floor coverage.
- Train, coach, and oversee employees on store policies,
procedures, and daily tasks.
- Manage inventory by ordering supplies, inspecting merchandise,
and addressing discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate sales and inventory reports, and handle daily
bank deposits.
- Resolve customer complaints, process returns, and maintain
positive public relations.
- Assist with challenging sales situations and ensure staff are
informed about promotions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and proper
merchandising standards.
- Support daily operations to achieve retail quotas and manage
team performance.
- Monitor store security, report suspicious activities, and
ensure safety compliance.
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising staff, managing
donations, and meeting production goals.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or
Retail Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a
supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in training and
mentoring staff.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of handling customer
inquiries and complaints.
- Strong organizational skills with expertise in inventory
management and maintaining safety standards.
