Bishop & Company, locally owned and award-winning full-service recruitment agency, is recruiting for a full-time, direct hire Network Engineer for our client in the financial industry.

The Network Engineer is a great opportunity to work with one of Hawaii's best places to work, where you will play a crucial role in network design and project management. Ideal candidates will have a passion for technology and the initiative to develop and implement networking projects.

The position offers hybrid work flexibility with 2-3 days per week in office.

Candidates must reside on Oahu by time of hire. No 1099 or C2Cs offered. No relocation assistance offered.

Network Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, enhance, maintain, and monitor VoIP and network infrastructure.
Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for the administration and management of VoIP, network components, and applications (e.g., firewalls, routers, switches, monitoring and management tools).
Manage network components, including SBC, internet, Third Party Connections, MPLS and VP connections, and security tools.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years managing and supporting network systems.
Relevant professional certifications.
Experience in setting up and troubleshooting server hardware and operating systems.
Familiarity with network infrastructure components, including hardware and security tools.

Salary: $87,000-$111,000 per year
Direct hire
Hybrid - 2 to 3 days in office (Dillingham area)
