Positions are available for mechanical engineers with 5 years of experience in fueling systems or other related industrial type systems.A successful candidate would be experienced in design and construction in one or more of the following industries: Commercial or Military Fuel Systems, Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, or Industrial Systems.Experience in the following areas would be of high value:

• Airport fuel receipt, storage, and distribution facilities
• Jet fuel hydrant distribution systems
• Pipeline and transport truck fuel receipt systems
• Jet fuel storage tanks
• Into-hydrant pumping and filtration systems
• Refueler truck loading positions
• Aircraft hydrant fuel systems
• Oil water separation systems
• Single and double-wall fuel piping
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards including ATA 103, API 610, API 650, API 653, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, NFPA 30, and NFPA 11
• Piping system hydraulic modeling
• Piping system stress analysisQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in mechanical engineering from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required with experience working for other consulting firms and/or construction contractors.
  • Successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • This position requires an individual capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments.
  • Knowledge in standard mechanical engineering techniques, principles, and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff members.
  • Regularly meet and correspond with clients or outside personnel.
  • Candidate should be capable of assisting clients with planning facility improvements for mechanical aspects of projects. Must also possess the ability to determine project scope, schedule, and budget.Compensation$135,000.00-185,000.00 AnnuallyThe expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location.
