• Transformative.What You Will be Doing:As a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Designer at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a discipline leader on multiple projects. Your duties will include (but may not be limited to):
  • Leading MEP Mechanical Design Projects for buildings in the commercial, medical, education, transportation, hospitality, retail, and other industries.
  • Oversight (EOR) for the preparation of mechanical drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations.
  • Leadership of Mechanical design staff.
  • Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects.
  • Providing exemplary service to team members and clients.
  • Developing and executing business with new and existing clients.To Qualify for Application:The successful Senior Mechanical Engineer/Designer candidate should have:
    • 10-15 years' experience in positions of increasing leadership in the commercial A/E engineering field
    • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors.
    • Knowledge of industry codes and standards

        • Highly competitive total compensation packages. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000 annually.
        • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Interface pays 80% of employee and dependents medical premiums. Interface pays 100% of employee dental and vision premiums and 80% of the dental and vision premiums for employee and dependents.
        • Paid Time Off (PTO) - 25 days of paid time off per year for Principals. Accrual begins on your first day of work.
        • Paid Holidays - Nine (9) paid holidays per year.
        • More Time Off - Company closes from Christmas through New Year's Day.
