Graphic Design Developer, MidKey Role:Perform as a Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in design principles, keen eye for detail, and passion for creating visual content that enhances brand identity and communicates core values. Develop and produce a wide range of design materials such as logos, brochures, presentations, and possibly videos. Ensure all designs adhere to 508 compliance guidelines, maintaining accessibility, and usability. Apply design principles such as typography, hierarchy, and visual balance, to create effective, visually appealing assets that reinforce the office's mission and purpose. Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives and provide creative solutions that meet both design and functional requirements.Basic Qualifications:Experience with 508 compliance, to design and develop accessible productsExperience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe AcrobatExperience facilitating discussions with clients about complex workforce messages, data presentations, and analytic ideasExperience working within government or defense sectorsExperience creating designs that effectively communicate key messagesKnowledge of the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC)Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic designAbility to work with the client to define project requirementsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design and 3+ years of experience with graphic design, or 7+ years of experience with graphic design in lieu of a degreeAdditional Qualifications:Ability to provide ongoing support to Senior-level and Executive staffAbility to discuss project expectations, set timelines, and maintain deadlines with minimal oversightAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
