Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Marketing & GTM Campaign
Manager to drive pipeline growth through data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales teams to
create audience segments and marketing strategies
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across various channels,
including Google Ads and LinkedIn
Create reports and monitor key performance metrics to achieve
business results and KPI goals
Required Qualifications
Over 3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance
marketing
Proficiency with Google and LinkedIn platforms; familiarity with
additional channels is a plus
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Strong proficiency with analytics tools and platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
