Job Description:
JOB DUTIES:--- Answers all incoming calls in a professional
manner, directs all calls, and takes accurate messages.--- Greets
and assists all persons visiting the branch in a professional and
courteous manner, routes them to the appropriate person.--- Sorts,
distributes and sends incoming and outgoing mail, and faxes.---
Provides administrative support to sales associates and management
team members including filing, data entry, and routine reports to
identify open orders for expediting.--- May handle customer
returns.--- Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION &
EXPERIENCE:Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero
(0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent
combination.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:--- Strong communication
skills including written, verbal, and listening.--- Reliability,
organization, and attention to detail required.--- Demonstrated
ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to
meet deadlines.--- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).--- Bookkeeping background
preferred.
