Shafter HI. The Sr. Financial/Budget Analyst will have experience with budget reporting through General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). This position requires an active secret security clearance.Roles and ResponsibilitiesA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Create Program Objective Memorandums (POMs).Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in DoD or Government budget roles, including tracking and reporting current execution in a readable, easy to understand format.
  • 5+ years of performing detailed budget analysis providing solid, data informed options to senior leaders.
  • Experience with Army or Joint budgets in a Resource Manager role with large complex budgets, such as $50M+.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms, including BI and Apps.
  • Experience with creating Program Objective Memorandums (POMs).
  • Experience with creating organizational Spend Plans.Preferred Qualifications
    • Department of Defense Financial Management Certification Program Level II/III (DoDFMCP).
    • 4+ years of experience with budget reporting through General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
    • Experience managing both Army funds and Joint funds and analyzing exercise budgets.
    • Joint Professional Military Education Phase I/II.Physical Requirements/Work Environment
