You will assist the client staff with efforts to evaluate the operational design and effectiveness of internal controls for shipyard processes, programs, and systems. You will support the client in responding to internal and external audits, perform risk analysis on various business processes, and conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed. You will assist a client team of financial analysts, accountants, and budget analysts achieve their financial goals. This position is located in Hawaii.Join us. The world cant wait.You Have:3+ years of experience performing financial statement audits, including internal control testingExperience with historical comparative analysis of financial recordsExperience with the Department of Defense or Department of NavyExperience using Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced charting such as slicers, data visualization, reconciliations, Power Query, and macrosExperience employing business process improvements techniques to create efficienciesKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS)Secret clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:Experience with Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS), SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval Tool (SMARTS), Advanced Analytics (ADVANA) or Jupiter, SharePoint, and Navy Enterprise Resource Management (NERP)Certified Public Accountant (CPA) CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
