The Opportunity:

effective can be challenging. That's why we need you, a financial
program analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies,
and regulations that govern funding, to make sure our Army
resources can make the most impact.
As a financial program analyst on our team, you'll create a
financial management strategy to help our client's exercise
portfolios succeed. You'll work with planners across all levels to
develop actionable plans for your client to secure the funding
needed to achieve their goals.
Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you'll
help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding
is in place, you'll make sure the funding is used efficiently
through consistent tracking and communication with leaders and
stakeholders. Work with us as we help fuel the Army with the

You Have:
5+ years of experience in DoD or government budget roles, including
tracking and reporting execution in a readable and easy to
understand format
5+ years of experience performing detailed budget analysis,
providing solid data informed options to senior leaders
Experience with Army or Joint budgets in a Resource Manager role
with large complex budgets such as $50M+
Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power BI and
Power Apps
Experience creating Program Objective Memorandums (POMs)
Experience creating organizational spend plans
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience with budget reporting through the General
Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
Experience managing Army and Joint funds, and analyzing exercise
budgets
Experience with Army or Joint exercises
Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) Certification
Department of Defense Financial Management Certification Program
(DoDFMCP) Level II or III Certification
Completion of the Joint Professional Military Education Phase I or
II
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and

information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including
but not limited to location, the individual's particular
combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and
experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and
organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for
this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The
estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this
position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total
compensation package for employees. This posting will close within
90 days from the Posting Date.
