Duties involve analyzing, researching, and resolving variances and discrepancies; developing, documenting, and maintaining procedures and workflows; participating in projects and implementations; fixed asset accounting; assisting in preparing budgets and forecasts; month end closing for financial reporting. Must comply with GAAP, credit union policies, and regulations.Qualifications/Experience

• At least four years of related experience in Finance.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Familiarity with the Federal Reserve Bank system and financial institution operations, products, and services.
• Knowledge of accounting systems.
• Highly proficient with Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong analytical abilities to understand and resolve complex problems.
• Highly organized to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills; clear and concise oral and written communications.
• Able to comprehend and apply GAAP, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Able to analyze information, make decisions, and develop solutions based on sound judgement.
