Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Clinician Operations to
oversee a team of clinicians responsible for in-home and virtual
evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operational performance and metrics of a clinician
team
Drive team culture through interactions and events while
communicating operational updates
Partner with recruitment and capacity management teams to ensure
adequate staffing and address operational challenges
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, or Nursing preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or
management, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role
required
National healthcare delivery model and clinician network management
experience
Management experience leading large teams to success
Clinical background experience preferred
